Your inspiration for tomorrow morning's work-out! Summer is almost HERE (kind of)! Living in a building is no excuse - do the stairs! That's what I've been doing in between essays. Just head to the nearest stairwell in your building, in the library, or wherever you might be, and run up and down the stairs in intervals. Do at least 100 sit-ups a day in 4 sets of 25 (EASY) and some squats and lunges. And calf raises while holding your dumbbells. Easy as shit to do while making dinner or doing readings, and with time it pays off! WERK.
